Additional Information

Carolina Marrelli has been empowering and coaching in various capacities for the last 20 years in both the secular and sacred arenas. She is passionate about seeing women get breakthrough and freedom – starting with their health – so that they can succeed and thrive in all areas of their lives! Her personal motto is that all woman can shatter the glass ceiling, but they should not be shattered in the process. Carolina is a firm believer that one’s inner life is the springboard for the outer – whether that be one of health, or one of “dis-ease”.

Carolina’s extensive experience and academic background allows her to work with women of all ages. She has been the spokesperson for International Justice Mission – a global, anti-human trafficking and rescue organization, the guest speaker at retreats, conferences, and special events and has conducted various workshops at doctor’s offices, private residences, Religious Institutions, and more. Carolina and her husband work with young couples in preparation of marriage, as well as after the “honeymoon has worn off.”

Carolina has attended and graduated from several prestigious Universities and Institutions of higher learning. She holds a BFA in Visual Communications, a Certificate of Music Ministry, is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practioners in Essential Oil Counseling and Coaching. Her next stop? Completing her Certification in Emotion Code Therapy and also her Masters of Arts degree in Health Coaching with an emphasis on behavioral change and positive psychology.

She is a native of Miami, Florida where she currently resides with her husband and two young sons. In her spare time, Carolina enjoys playing guitar (she was in a rock band for many years), traveling, cycling (preferably on a BackRoads Adventure Vacation), reading historical fiction and personal growth books, serving in her church community, visiting art galleries and will never pass up a day at the Biltmore Hotel for some R&R. But her favorite thing of all is snuggling up on the couch with her family watching a movie and digging into ice cream.
